Bevy Homes was founded by Maggie Washburn, a longtime real estate professional specializing in residential leasing and property management. Maggie’s leadership skills were forged from grit and determination to serve those she meets. She provides an experience that’s second to none, and her commitment to client satisfaction has made her a trusted voice in the real estate space.

Maggie is one of the few Bay Area natives and comes from a family of successful real estate entrepreneurs. After managing sizable teams of agents throughout the region, she noticed the opportunity to be creative and saw a chance to do things better. Her passion spurred her journey, along with the idea that clients will love their next place. Now, it’s Maggie’s relationships with the largest property management companies in the Bay Area that provide her clients with the most extensive inventory to choose from in a safe and trusted way.

Leading with kindness and an empathetic ear, Maggie and her team have worked with thousands of clients, and they have a wealth of experience helping young professionals find spaces that fit their lifestyle needs. As an entrepreneur, she knows that finding the right place is critical for helping her clients achieve their other goals. In addition to being a motivating leader in the real estate industry, Maggie is also a neighbor; she has spent her whole life in the Bay Area and understands the nuances of the community. Outside real estate, Maggie takes part in all the Bay Area has to offer. She can often be found on the beach, exploring nature, practicing yoga, and relaxing with her dog. She has given back to a variety of charities around the region that help make this place such a wonderful home. Maggie is a loving mother to her son, Axel, and the wife of a real estate developer who also works in real estate. Their dinner conversations usually center around the industry, which is a passion for both of them.
